In Business, As In Life, The Greatest Risk Is Doing Nothing

Top Concerns people have about undergoing blepharoplasty
Excess removal of skin
  • Inability to close the eyes: Experienced surgeons use precise, millimeter-level measurements to prevent over-excision and fully preserve natural eyelid function.
  •
Fear of damage to vision
  • Blindness or vision damage: The procedure is entirely superficial and extraocular, meaning the actual eyeball is shielded and remains completely untouched.
  •
Avoid pain
  • Pain: Local anesthesia nummed the area completely during surgery, while post-op discomfort is usually a manageable "tightness" rather than pain.
Visible scars

  • Visible Scars: Incisions are strategically hidden directly within the natural upper eyelid crease or completely inside the lower lash line.
Looking different
  • Look Different: Modern techniques focus on conservative tissue restructuring rather than excess removal. In addition if you have low brows, some patients may need conservative brow lift for best natural results.

Dry eyes

  • Increased Dry Eyes: To avoid making the eyes feel drier consideration needs to be taken during the procedure to be conservative and preserve orbicularis oculi.
